Dr Kiira Tietjen has worked extensively with children, teens, and adults who are struggling with acute and chronic mental illness. She and her husband, Will Normington, have seen how psychiatry treatment can be difficult to access and leave individuals short of their treatment goals. Ultimately this led the ownership duo to leave large healthcare systems in order to provide more personalized support to individuals struggling with mental illness.
